Positioned as the first all-in-one digital hub for the sports experience, the company enables partners to fully monetize the fan journey while delivering an exceptional user experience.

To support its next stage of growth, the company is seeking an experienced and visionary Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to lead its global marketing efforts with strengths in community led growth.

As CMO, you will be responsible for leading and executing a 360° marketing strategy across digital, media, community growth, and content. Your mission will be to scale the user base, optimize acquisition and engagement channels, and strengthen the brand's global presence.

You will report directly to the CEO and collaborate closely with key leadership across Product, Sales (Hospitality, Retail & eCommerce), Customer Care, and Operations to align marketing efforts with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a full-funnel marketing strategy to drive acquisition, retention, and engagement.
  • Lead digital and media strategy, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  • Use data-driven decision-making to optimize marketing performance and ROI.
  • Create a content-led marketing strategy to foster a strong user community.
  • Position the company as a thought leader within the sports and fan engagement space.
  • Launch influencer and affiliate programs to enhance brand awareness and user engagement.
  • Oversee digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, CRM, paid and organic acquisition, and social media.
  • Drive user growth through app, web, and partner ecosystems.
  • Collaborate with Product teams to align marketing with the user journey and product experience.
  • Build and scale a high-performing marketing team.
  • Promote a culture of innovation, agility, and continuous learning.
  • Ensure cross-functional alignment for consistent brand messaging and execution.

Requirements

  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
  • Proven experience scaling a high-growth company
  • Expertise in building marketing teams and functions from scratch
  • Deep knowledge of digital marketing, media buying, and growth strategy
  • Strong grasp of community-led and content-driven marketing
  • Experience in product marketing across digital ecosystems (App, WebApp)
  • Analytical mindset and comfort working with performance metrics
  • Familiarity with eCommerce or the sports industry is a plus
