Cooltra is looking for a new Chief Marketing Officer to lead the Marketing department.
Core Responsibilities
- Develop Cooltra's marketing and communication strategy to achieve the business plan for B2B, B2C, and B2G business lines with diversified revenue streams.
- Lead a team of over 15 people.
- Be part of the Leadership team.
- Define an action plan and manage KPIs for various team areas: growth, retention, communication, and design.
- Plan and execute global campaigns to generate and increase high-quality leads; coordinate with Regional Managers on local campaigns.
- Analyze problematic situations and occurrences; provide solutions to ensure retention and growth.
- Select and utilize channels such as email, landing pages, social media, and communities to find the most effective mix for growth.
- Collaborate closely with Tech, Product, and Sales departments to enhance services.
- Build trust relations and collaborations with providers and partners to achieve optimal results.
Profile
- Over 8 years of experience in building marketing strategies, with a focus on growth and digital marketing.
- Successful prior experience leading teams in communication, design, acquisition, and retention.
- Exceptional analytical skills and proficient knowledge of Excel.
- Fluent in Spanish and English; additional languages are a plus.
- Data-driven with a strong analytical orientation.
