After two decades of consistent growth, we are now aiming to elevate our standards further.

THE ROLE :

We are seeking a CHIEF MARKETING & SALES OFFICER to lead and oversee all facets of our marketing and sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Marketing and Sales Strategies : Develop and implement comprehensive strategies to enhance brand awareness, acquire and retain customers, and increase revenue. Plan, execute, and assess marketing campaigns and initiatives. Regularly evaluate the value proposition of our products. Create marketing strategies for new products and markets aligned with our vision and standards.
  • Market Research and Analysis : Conduct market research to understand customer needs, identify opportunities, and analyze trends. Provide forecasts and reports based on market data.
  • Digital Marketing : Define and manage digital marketing strategies, including website, email marketing, social media, and lead generation. Oversee creative campaign development, ensure brand consistency, monitor performance, and optimize ROI. Manage vendors and third-party partners.
  • Data Management and Performance Analysis : Monitor sales and marketing performance, establish KPIs, analyze data, and assess ROI.
  • Forecasting and Pipeline Management : Develop sales forecasting models, manage sales pipelines, analyze trends, and build channel partner relationships.
  • Customer Relationship Management : Develop CRM strategies to enhance customer interactions, track data, and improve retention. Use CRM data for insights and decision-making.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field.
  • 5-10 years of relevant experience, preferably within the US market.
  • Proven expertise in digital marketing, SEO / SEM, email campaigns, social media, advertising, and CRM management.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish.
  • Passion for cycling.
