Overview

Mainframe Security Expert

Job Summary: We are seeking a seasoned Mainframe Security expert to join our team. As a critical member of our IT Production organization, you will be responsible for maintaining and improving the overall Mainframe Security.

This is an exceptional opportunity to leverage your expertise in Mainframe Security and contribute to the success of our organization.

Responsibilities

• Enhance z / OS (STS) security rules to ensure optimal security posture


• Deploy IAM solutions, including MFA specificities, to all partitions operated by PRODSEC


• Develop and implement access-based models using business profiles and technical profiles


• Optimize workflows related to requests outside IAM


• Define and implement least privilege models based on user profiles and admin profiles


• Deploy 2FA globally to control mainframe access


• Document and report activities


• Manage specific subjects and follow up with the Security Mainframe PMO


• Contribute to steering committees and audits (IG, IBM, CAC, …)

Requirements

• Experience: 10 years working on Mainframe environment


• 5 years specifically on Mainframe Security (RACF and / or TSS)


• Languages: High Level of English (written / spoken)


• French speaking will be appreciated
