Job Description

As a Legal Counsel, you will provide expert legal advice and guidance to internal stakeholders on various legal matters. Your role will involve providing support on company secretarial matters, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations, drafting and reviewing contracts, and staying updated on relevant legal developments.

You will also be responsible for providing legal training and advice to colleagues, collaborating with the Legal Team, and assisting with managing and coordinating legal disputes or litigation.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• UK-qualified solicitor with a minimum of three years' post qualification experience
• Fluency in English is essential; professional level Spanish is desirable
• Experience in an international manufacturing business is advantageous
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Good communication, influencing, and negotiating skills
• Accessibility and a commitment to providing high-quality service and responsiveness
