We are looking for a talented and experienced R&D Project Leader to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to lead projects from concept to delivery, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and excellence.

About the Role

• Develop and execute project plans, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery of products and services.
• Collaborate with department heads to define project objectives, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
• Ensure the quality and feasibility of proposed solutions, leveraging technical expertise and industry knowledge.
• Coordinate production processes, driving efficiency and productivity gains.
• Pursue ongoing improvements in product characteristics, quality, and cost.
• Define purchasing specifications, approving suppliers, and providing procurement guidelines.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field (e.g., mechanical, electromechanical, materials, biomedical).
• Proficiency in English and Spanish languages.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar position, preferably in R&D.
• Previous experience working with CAD systems (Solidworks, Rhinoceros) and Ansys.
• Frequent travel for fairs and congresses may be required.
• Personal skills : analytical capacity, integrity, cooperative spirit, communication skills, innovative sense, self-esteem, and high expectations for professional development.
