We're seeking a seasoned IT security expert to lead and support security and compliance efforts across a complex international IT infrastructure.

This role offers the opportunity to shape long-term security strategies, manage risk globally, and collaborate with diverse teams. As an IT Security Strategist, you'll be at the forefront of global IT security strategy and operations, driving meaningful change in a complex, enterprise-scale environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Risk Management : Conduct risk assessments, manage compliance exemptions, and support audits and evidence collection.
• Security Operations : Lead vulnerability management, patch management, and network security operations (firewalls, IDS / IPS, WAF, proxies).
• Project Support : Review and approve security aspects of IT changes and projects, ensuring alignment with global standards.
• Incident Response : Provide expert support for major security incidents and forensic investigations.
• Collaboration : Work closely with global and regional IT teams, external consultants, and service providers to address emerging threats and drive security initiatives.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

• 10+ Years of Experience : In IT security and operational / compliance roles.
• Technical Knowledge : Strong technical knowledge across IT services, infrastructure, and cloud environments.
• Risk Management : Proven experience with risk management, audits, and implementing security frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR).
• Certifications : Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CISA, CCSP, CEH) are highly desirable.
• Communication : Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Languages : Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
