We are seeking a seasoned professional to assume the role of Regional Health and Safety Manager. In this position, you will be responsible for overseeing the implementation and enforcement of health and safety policies across multiple sites.

Job Description

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in managing health and safety functions within data center or industrial environments. They will be required to develop and implement new frameworks, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant health and safety legislation.

This role involves leading, coaching, and developing regional health and safety personnel through structured, systematic, and purposeful individual management and collaborative teamwork. You will also be expected to define, roll-out, and maintain frameworks to support and enhance the health and safety strategy within operations.

Additionally, you will play an integral role in the operations team, providing support and statistics to colleagues to help identify trends and implement improvement plans.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need :

• A minimum of 5 years of relevant health and safety experience within data center or industrial environments.
• A recognized safety qualification (diploma level or equivalent).
• Experience and accredited audit ISO 45001 or OSHAS 18000.
• Proven track record of managing health and safety functions across multiple projects.
