This role requires expertise in various accounting functions, including AP/AR, tax filings, and account reconciliations. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree, fluency in English and Portuguese, and strong skills in Microsoft Office. Formación

• Full time experience in a similar position.
• Familiarity with Portuguese accounting.

The ideal candidate will provide accounting support to the Finance Manager for MG Spain & Portugal, ensuring timely and accurate financial transactions.

Key responsibilities include AP and AR Accounting, Account Reconciliations, G / L entries, accruals and provisions, Payments Preparation, Customer AR Follow up and Debt Claim, Customer & Vendor Master Card Maintenance, Bank postings and reconciliations, Tax Fillings – VAT – Intrastat – Withholding Taxes, Internal and External Audit Support, Invoice creating.

Required skills and qualifications : Full time experience in a similar position, Familiarity with Portuguese accounting, Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field, Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.), Fluent in English and Portuguese skills (oral and written), Ability to work under pressure and on different tasks in parallel.
