Job Title : Strategic Financial Director

NaviLens is a high-impact company that develops accessible technology to improve the lives of millions of people. We are looking for a talented Financial Manager who can lead and develop our finance function.

Key Responsibilities :

• Deliver professional financial advice and insights into the company's financial health.
• Take ownership of financial reporting, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery of actuals data from the ERP system to senior leadership.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
• Ensure effective financial controls, reporting standards, and accounting policies are applied consistently across all operations.
• Supervise and grow the controlling team, while also collaborating with accounting and operational departments.

Requirements :

• At least 7 years of experience in financial management roles, including 3+ years in a multinational environment.
• A deep understanding of financial controlling, accounting principles (IFRS), budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Experience with financial systems and tools.
• Demonstrated success in leading teams and managing change in fast-paced environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• A collaborative, proactive, and improvement-driven mindset.
• A Master's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Fluency in Spanish and English.
