As a key member of the leadership team, reporting directly to the Co-CEOs, you will ensure long-term sustainability and scalability, aligning with our mission. Ensure financial sustainability and scalability by leading and executing financial strategy with a long-term vision, driving efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Strategy & Leadership

• Define and implement the global financial strategy aligned with growth goals.
• Serve as a key advisor to the Co-CEOs and Executive Board.
• Promote a data- and results-oriented mindset across the company, balancing ambitious growth with financial stability.

Planning, Control & Reporting

• Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting with agility.
• Provide clear financial reporting to stakeholders.
• Oversee accounting, tax compliance, cash flow, and regulatory reporting.

Business Partnering & Scalability

• Collaborate with product, marketing, operations, and growth teams to guide strategic decisions.
• Evaluate new business opportunities from a financial perspective.
• Optimize cost structures, automate processes, and professionalize financial management.

Financial Operations & Controls

• Oversee settlements and reconciliations with insurance carriers, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Manage monthly financial reconciliations with partners.

Compliance & Risk Management

• Ensure compliance with standards and regulations.
• Develop a financial and operational risk management framework.
• Uphold integrity, ethics, and transparency in finance functions.

Requirements

• 5+ years in senior finance roles, preferably in scaleups, insurtechs, or digital-first companies.
• Proven experience in corporate finance, accounting, analysis, and strategic planning.
• Experience in high-growth, fast-paced environments.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Analytical, proactive, collaborative, with a global outlook.
• Ability to lead through uncertainty and build high-performing finance teams.

Schedule & Location

Full-time, flexible hours (7.5 hours daily). 100% remote, with optional office visits in Barcelona. Only candidates residing in Spain with valid work authorization will be considered.
