A leading insurance company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to guide our financial strategy and support our growth. As a key member of the leadership team, reporting directly to the Co-CEOs, you will be instrumental in ensuring our company's long-term sustainability and scalability. Key Responsibilities Financial Strategy & Leadership
- Define and implement the global financial strategy aligned with growth goals.
- Serve as a key advisor to the Co-CEOs and Executive Board.
- Promote a data- and results-oriented mindset across the company, pursuing ambitious growth while maintaining financial stability.
Planning, Control & Reporting
Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting with accuracy and agility.Deliver clear financial reports to internal and external stakeholders.Oversee accounting, tax compliance, cash flow, and regulatory reporting.Business Partnering & Scalability
Collaborate with product, marketing, operations, and growth teams to guide strategic decisions based on financial impact.Evaluate new business opportunities from a financial perspective.Optimize cost structures, automate processes, and enhance financial management.Financial Operations & Controls
Oversee settlements and reconciliations with insurance carriers, ensuring accuracy and compliance.Manage monthly financial reconciliations with strategic partners.Compliance & Risk Management
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax laws, and regulations.Develop a financial and operational risk management framework.Maintain integrity, ethics, and transparency in all finance functions.Requirements
5+ years in senior finance roles, preferably within scaleups, insurtechs, or digital-first companies.Proven experience in corporate finance, accounting, analysis, and strategic planning.Experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments.Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.Analytical, proactive, and collaborative approach with a global outlook.Ability to lead through uncertainty and develop high-performing finance teams.Schedule & Location
