Formación

• Proven experience as CFO or finance manager.
• In-depth knowledge of corporate financial law and risk management practices.
• Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods.
• CPA certification is a strong advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Drive the company's financial planning.
• Perform risk management by analyzing liabilities and investments.
• Decide on investment strategies by considering cash and liquidity risks.
• Control and evaluate the organization’s fundraising plans and capital structure.

We are looking for an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to perform effective risk management and plan the organization’s financial strategy. This is a crucial and complex role, as an organization can only survive if it actively investigates and safeguards its finances. The goal is to protect the company’s revenues and profits to achieve full financial control and sustainable growth.

CFO Responsibilities include:

• Driving the company's financial planning.
• Performing risk management by analyzing the organization’s liabilities and investments.
• Deciding on investment strategies by considering cash and liquidity risks.
• Controlling and evaluating the organization’s fundraising plans and capital structure.
• Ensuring cash flow is appropriate for the organization’s operations.
• Supervising all finance personnel (controllers, treasurers, etc.).
• Managing vendor relationships.
• Preparing reliable current and forecasting reports.
• Setting up and overseeing the company’s IT system.
• Ensuring compliance with laws and company policies.
• Managing a team of financial controllers and analysts.

Minimum Requirements:

• Proven experience as CFO or finance manager.
• In-depth knowledge of corporate financial law and risk management practices.
• Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods.
• Proficiency in financial management software (e.g., SAP).
