Descripción del empleo

We're looking for a "Chief Executive Officer (CEO)" with solid previous experience in multinational companies. This role requires a hands-on executive who understands how to lead across borders, navigate regulatory environments and grow a business with both cultural fluency and commercial discipline.

SKILLS :

  • Proven leadership experience in telecom, tech, or digital services.
  • Track record of scaling operations or launching market-entry initiatives in Spain.
  • Strong understanding of Spanish and Catalan market dynamics, business law, and public/private partnership opportunities.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English is required, fluency in Catalan is highly desirable.
  • Experience reporting into an international parent company or working within a multinational environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage change and work with ambiguity.

  • Institutional and strategic relations.
  • Negotiation with partners, carriers, and investors.
  • Commercial representation and signing of agreements.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Drive the commercial, operational and organizational success of the Spanish MVNO entity.
  • Build and lead the local team while aligning closely with the international vision
  • Own P&L, local market strategy and regulatory navigation within Spanish market
  • Represent the MVNO in interactions with public and private stakeholders, acting in the interest of mutually successful, long-term relationships.
  • Ensure alignment with group-wide governance standards, reporting structures and operational procedures to maintain substance, compliance and strategic consistency between the Spanish entity and global HQ.
