The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities :

• Strategic Leadership : Develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy, aligning with the company's mission and market opportunities.
• Global Expansion : Drive the internationalization of the company's offerings, establishing partnerships and entering new markets.
• Fundraising : Lead capital-raising efforts, including Series A and subsequent rounds, engaging with venture capitalists and impact investors.
• Team Building : Cultivate a high-performing leadership team, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and purpose.
• Stakeholder Engagement : Serve as the primary liaison with investors, partners, and key stakeholders, articulating the company's vision and progress.

Candidate Profile

Essential Qualifications :

• Experience : Minimum of 10 years in leadership roles within biotech, cleantech, or related sectors, with at least 5 years in a C-level position.
