Formación

  • Professional proficiency in Spanish and fluent in English.

We are seeking an experienced Product Leader to spearhead the development and launch of our educational programs and LMS platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital product management, with experience in SaaS, EdTech, or hybrid B2B / B2C environments.

Responsibilities :

  • Define Product Strategy : Develop a comprehensive product strategy that aligns with business goals and user needs.
  • Lead Discovery and Research : Conduct market research, gather user feedback, and analyze data-driven insights to inform product decisions.
  • Prioritize Product Roadmap : Build and maintain a prioritized product roadmap that balances business objectives with user needs.
  • Oversee LMS Development : Ensure the successful development and deployment of new LMS functionalities, focusing on scalability, usability, and pedagogical integrity.
  • Implement Gamification and AI : Integrate gamification mechanisms and AI-powered features to enhance personalization and learner engagement.
  • Design Product Experience : Define and implement a design system that supports a high-quality delivery pipeline.
  • Track Key Metrics : Monitor and analyze key product metrics, generating actionable insights to support continuous iteration.

Requirements :

  • Experience : 3+ years' experience in digital product management, ideally in SaaS, EdTech, or hybrid B2B / B2C environments.
  • LMS Knowledge : Solid understanding of LMS platforms and experience in education or learning technology.
  • User Research Skills : Proven user research and product discovery skills, both qualitative and quantitative.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration : Strong cross-functional collaboration and end-to-end product delivery experience.
  • Data-Driven Mindset : Data-driven mindset and experience with product analytics. SQL knowledge is a plus.
  • Language Proficiency : Professional Spanish and fluent English (B2 / C1 minimum).
