About this Role
We are seeking a seasoned security leader to oversee our cybersecurity efforts across multiple environments. This is a strategic role that combines leadership, technical direction, risk management, and the delivery of key security initiatives.
You will work closely with various teams to drive the implementation of our cybersecurity roadmap, which includes cloud security hardening, secure software development lifecycle, data protection, and compliance with industry benchmarks.

Key Responsibilities :
- Lead the cybersecurity function across corporate and enterprise environments
- Own and drive delivery of security-related objectives, working hands-on where needed
- Provide technical direction and mentorship to security analysts and engineers
- Act as the internal authority on security risk, translating business objectives into appropriate technical safeguards
- Identify skills and resource gaps and write statements of work to onboard external subject matter experts when required
Security Operations & Engineering :
Oversee threat detection, alert triage, and incident response processesEnsure proper implementation of cloud security controls, including Azure Security Center, Microsoft Defender, and AWS / GCP posture managementGuide the implementation of secure software development lifecycle controls, including threat modeling and CI / CD securityDrive coverage and remediation of vulnerabilities in infrastructure and codeGovernance, Risk, and Compliance :
Own and maintain the cybersecurity risk register in collaboration with IT and engineeringLead internal assessments against industry benchmarks for cloud security, including Azure, Microsoft 365, AWS, GCP, and relevant platformsTrack remediation of control gaps and report posture improvements to IT leadershipManage the development and review of key security policies and operational proceduresCollaboration & Stakeholder Engagement :
Work closely with IT on cloud security initiatives, including Defender and Purview rolloutsPartner with engineering on secure software development lifecycle enablement and GitLab security pipelinesCollaborate with delivery / project management offices to align and track execution of security objectivesCommunicate risk posture, metrics, and roadmap progress to IT leadership and key stakeholdersRequirements :
5+ years in cybersecurity, with 2+ years in a leadership or team lead roleStrong technical expertise in cloud security, including Azure, AWS, GCP, and Microsoft DefenderExperience delivering secure software development lifecycle practices, including threat modeling and CI / CD pipeline securityWorking knowledge of industry benchmarks and implementing associated controlsProven ability to manage competing priorities, influence stakeholders, and deliver results across technical teamsWhat We Offer :
