Santander is seeking a Chief Data & Artificial Intelligence Officer (CDAIO) to lead secure AI/data initiatives across the division. You will strengthen cyber resilience, protect critical data assets, and ensure AI programs comply with governance and regulatory expectations.

You will drive security-by-design, partner with cross‑functional teams, and report on cyber risk, incidents, and mitigation with executive-level visibility. This is a senior leadership role within a global bank.

Formación

• Deep knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, COBIT) and risk governance.
• Strong understanding of data, AI ecosystems, analytics, and data platforms.
• Experience leading cyber risk programs in large, regulated environments.

Responsabilidades

• Enable secure innovation and align Data & AI initiatives with Group Cyber strategy.
• Advise senior leadership on cyber risk, resilience, and security investments.
• Govern cyber risk, compliance, and reporting to executives and regulators.
• Collaborate with Risk, Compliance, Legal, Audit, Privacy, Technology, and Business stakeholders.

Educación

Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Security, Business Administration, or a related discipline

CISSP, CISM, CISA, CRISC, CCSP, or equivalent certification
