They are looking for a dynamic Chief Commercial Officer to drive commercial strategy, accelerate international growth, and position the company as a market leader in space and defense.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy aligned with global expansion.
  • Drive market penetration in key regions : North America, Europe, and Asia.
  • Secure high-value deals with space agencies, defense organizations, and satellite operators.
  • Lead contract negotiations and strategic partnerships.
  • Build and mentor a high-performance sales team.
  • Implement scalable sales processes and foster cross-team collaboration.

Key Requirements :

  • Proven experience in sales and business development in the space sector.
  • Strong network in the space and defense ecosystem.
  • Track record of closing high-value, complex deals.
  • Understanding of SSA, STM, and space surveillance regulations.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with strategic vision and leadership skills.
  • Willingness to travel frequently across Europe and the U.S.
