The Role

The Implementation team manages onboarding new clients. We seek a German-speaking Onboarding Specialist responsible for executing and launching implementations within your portfolio. You will analyze each customer's needs to propose tailored implementation plans. Your success metrics include platform adoption and completion among your clients’ users. You will be a subject matter expert in change management, delivering a 7-star onboarding experience.

This role requires excellent communication, project management, organizational, and problem-solving skills. While technical understanding of integrations and open APIs is beneficial, expertise is not required immediately.

What you’ll be doing :

• Lead cross-functional teams to implement new clients successfully.
• Manage all phases of implementation projects, including requirements gathering, deliverables finalization, and client communication.
• Review contracts, optimize resources, and validate process quality.
• Serve as the primary contact for client escalations during onboarding.
• Develop strategies to achieve account ramp-up goals.
• Prioritize accounts based on client and business needs.
• Communicate complex technical information clearly.
• Ensure team members understand timelines, tasks, risks, and issues.
