The Role

The Implementation team at TravelPerk manages the onboarding of our new clients. We are looking for a German-speaking Onboarding Specialist responsible for executing and launching implementations within your portfolio. You will analyze each customer's needs to propose a tailored implementation plan. Your success will be measured by the completion and adoption of the TravelPerk platform among your customers' users. You will be the subject matter expert in change management and will deliver a 7-star onboarding experience!

The role requires superb communication and project management skills, organizational and problem-solving capabilities, and keen attention to detail. While familiarity with technical concepts like integrations and open APIs is beneficial, you do not need to be an expert initially.

What you’ll be doing :
  1. Lead cross-functional project teams for successful client implementation.
  2. Manage all phases of implementation projects, including requirements gathering, deliverables finalization, and client communication.
  3. Review contracts, optimize resource management, and validate process quality.
  4. Act as the first point of contact for client escalations during onboarding.
  5. Develop strategies to achieve account ramp-up goals.
  6. Prioritize accounts according to client and business needs.
  7. Communicate complex technical information clearly to all audiences.
  8. Ensure team members understand timelines, tasks, risks, and issues.
What we look for :
  • Proven success in managing projects in an international environment.
  • Native or near-native German language skills.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken).
  • Experience implementing products for different clients.
  • Experience in Travel Agency or Training sectors is a plus.
  • Organized, structured, with strong analytical and recommendation skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Ability to build relationships at all organizational levels.
  • Driven, challenge-oriented, and proactive.

  • Prior SaaS implementation experience.
