The Role
The Implementation team manages onboarding new clients. We seek a German-speaking Onboarding Specialist responsible for executing and launching implementations within your portfolio. You will analyze client needs to develop tailored implementation plans. Your success will be measured by platform adoption and client satisfaction during onboarding. You will be a subject matter expert in change management, delivering a 7-star experience for clients.
The role demands excellent communication, project management, organizational, and problem-solving skills. While familiarity with integrations and open APIs is helpful, deep technical expertise is not required initially.
