The Role

The Implementation team manages onboarding new clients. We seek a German-speaking Onboarding Specialist responsible for executing and launching implementations within your portfolio. You will analyze client needs to develop tailored implementation plans. Your success will be measured by platform adoption and client satisfaction during onboarding. You will be a subject matter expert in change management, delivering a 7-star experience for clients.

The role demands excellent communication, project management, organizational, and problem-solving skills. While familiarity with integrations and open APIs is helpful, deep technical expertise is not required initially.

What you’ll be doing :

  • Lead cross-functional teams to implement new clients successfully.
  • Manage all phases of implementation projects, including requirements gathering, deliverables, and client communications.
  • Review contracts, optimize resources, and ensure process quality.
  • Act as the primary contact for client escalations during onboarding.
  • Develop strategies to achieve account ramp-up goals.
  • Prioritize accounts based on client and business needs.
  • Communicate technical information clearly to all audiences.
  • Ensure team members understand timelines, tasks, risks, and issues.

What we look for :

  • Proven success in managing international projects.
  • Native or near-native German proficiency.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written).
  • Experience implementing products for various clients.
  • Experience in travel agencies or training is a plus.
  • Organized, analytical, and able to deliver recommendations.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Ability to build relationships at all levels and adapt communication accordingly.
  • Driven by challenges and eager to make a difference.

Preferred but not essential :

  • Studies in Project Management.
  • Experience in the travel industry.
  • Previous SaaS implementation experience.
