The Implementation team at TravelPerk manages the onboarding of our new clients. We are looking for a German-speaking Onboarding Specialist who will be responsible for successfully executing and launching the implementations within your portfolio. As an Implementation Specialist, you will analyse the specific needs and circumstances of each customer to propose a suitable implementation plan tailored to the client. Your success will be measured upon the completion and adoption of the TravelPerk platform among your customers' users. You will be the subject matter expert in change management and will deliver a 7-star experience during onboarding.
The role requires superb communication and project management skills, organizational and problem-solving abilities, and keen attention to detail. While familiarity with basic technical concepts like integrations and open APIs is necessary, you do not need to be an expert immediately.
