OmniAccess seeks a visionary Vice President of Cloud and IT Solutions to lead strategy, development and management of the Cloud and IT product portfolio. This senior role drives innovation, shapes the roadmap, and ensures delivery of high-value solutions across Marlink Group's offerings.

The successful candidate will own the P&L, build cross-functional teams, and collaborate with engineering, sales, and BU managers to accelerate growth in maritime and enterprise digital services.

Formación

• 5+ years of cloud and IT product management experience with a track record of bringing successful products to market.
• Leadership experience in technology or managed services industries.
• Deep understanding of cloud technologies, IT infrastructure, and competitive landscape.
• Strong business acumen with ability to develop and execute strategic plans.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop the Cloud and IT Solutions practice, defining and executing a strategic roadmap aligned with business objectives.
• Oversee end-to-end lifecycle of Cloud and IT products from ideation to market launch and post-launch management.
• Collaborate with engineering, sales, marketing, and BU product managers to ensure product success.
• Define product vision and roadmap, ensuring alignment with customer needs and business goals.
• Carry full P&L accountability for the Cloud & IT domain and drive revenue growth and investment.
• Identify opportunities and partnerships to grow the Cloud and IT portfolio.
• Mentor and develop team members; foster a collaborative, innovative environment.
• Coordinate domain roadmap with Business Units to ensure cohesive market execution.
