OmniAccess is seeking a Product Owner to lead backlog ownership for a large-scale, global Agile program focused on multi-service maritime platforms. You will translate product strategy into prioritized backlog items and work with distributed teams across time zones to deliver value.

Reporting to the Program Director, you will drive SAFe ceremonies, PI planning, and cross-team collaboration with Product Management and Architects to maximize outcomes and ensure on-time delivery.

Formación

• 10 years of experience, with at least 3 years as Product Owner.
• Strong understanding of SAFe and PI Planning.
• Proven ability to manage and prioritize complex backlogs.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).

Responsabilidades

• Own and manage the team backlog, ensuring it aligns with the product vision.
• Prioritize backlog items based on business value and constraints; ensure user stories are ready.
• Prepare and contribute to Program Increment (PI) Planning and backlog refinement.
• Collaborate with Product Manager, system architects, and stakeholders to maximize value delivery.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies and ensure alignment across distributed teams.
