This position offers a unique opportunity to lead business model analysis and financial planning for startups and SMEs, with the goal of securing vital funding. As a senior investment advisor, you will be responsible for evaluating and enhancing business models, developing comprehensive financial plans, and providing strategic insights to clients.

You will work closely with various departments to ensure that our clients receive comprehensive support throughout their funding journeys. Your expertise will directly influence our clients' ability to secure funding, which is essential for their growth and innovation.

• Key Responsibilities :
• Evaluate and enhance business models of startups and SMEs to ensure alignment with VC investment criteria and market trends.
• Develop comprehensive financial business plans and forecasts that reflect realistic growth trajectories and funding requirements.
• Head the analysis and structuring department, growing the department as we grow which will require mentoring junior analysts and fostering a collaborative team environment in the future
• Collaborate closely with the placement department to prepare materials and provide insights that strengthen client engagements with VC and PE funds.
• Conduct thorough assessments of client readiness for investment, identifying strengths and areas for improvement.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor landscapes, and investor preferences to inform client strategies and enhance our service offerings.

Requirements :

• Education : MBA or equivalent degree in Finance or a related field.
• Experience : Proven experience in financial analysis, business planning, or similar roles; experience in investment banking is a strong plus but not mandatory.
• Skills :
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and market conditions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with proficiency in a second language preferred.
• Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis tools (e.g., Excel, financial software).
• Strong interpersonal skills, capable of engaging and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
