Requirements

• Strong work ethic and accountability : A proactive attitude, the ability to lead by example, and a commitment to achieving results through consistent, focused efforts.
• Proven experience in managing sales and business development teams : Successful track record of leading high-performing teams, setting clear targets, and driving revenue growth through strategic execution.
• Results-oriented mindset : Ability to set ambitious goals and deliver measurable business impact, with a focus on outcomes.
• Leadership experience in a team lead or senior strategic role : Ability to inspire, coach, and guide teams toward continuous improvement and innovation.
• Track record of success in a CBDO or equivalent executive role : Experience in scaling businesses, building partnerships, and shaping growth strategies from the ground up.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the Sales and Business Development teams to ensure alignment with company goals and performance improvements across all verticals.
• Drive the sales team towards achieving KPIs and revenue goals by setting objectives, providing feedback, and implementing effective strategies.
• Conduct and manage daily team meetings and performance reports, maintaining transparency and a culture of continuous improvement.
• Strategically prioritize the Merchant verticals and develop targeted business development strategies to maximize market penetration and long-term value.

Would Be a Plus

• Proficiency in Spanish or other EU languages at B1 level.
