Agilent Technologies is seeking a senior architect to own the Fabric agent plane, orchestrate runtimes, and drive enterprise AI architecture across applications, cloud, data, and security. You will lead enterprise architects and partner with IT, Security, Legal, and Quality to ensure compliant, scalable AI solutions.

You will evaluate emerging technologies, propagate identity and entitlement concepts, and push continuous improvement through evaluation gates.

Formación

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree or equivalent.
• 10+ years leading people, projects, and/or programs.
• Curiosity about AI, its potential and pitfalls.
• Lifelong learner with willingness to reinvent toolkit.
• Excellent communication and influencing abilities.
• Hands-on experience building production agent systems or LLM orchestration at enterprise scale; familiarity with MCP and A2A.

Responsabilidades

• Own the Fabric agent plane: runtimes and integration spine for agents.
• Lead enterprise architecture strategies and oversee architecture teams.
• Drive target architecture realization, cost-benefit and risk analyses.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and ensure scalable, cost-effective solutions.
• Promote through eval gates with sandbox-to-certified cycle times.
