Job Description

As an AI Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and optimizing AI-driven components of our platform. You will work with state-of-the-art Large Language Models (LLMs) and fine-tune models for production use. Your tasks will also include developing pipelines for training, evaluation, and deployment of models, collaborating with backend and DevOps teams to integrate AI into scalable systems, researching, prototyping, and experimenting with the latest AI / ML techniques, writing clean, efficient, and well-documented code, and contributing to internal knowledge sharing through documentation and technical articles.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Strong experience with Python and ML / AI frameworks , such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, embeddings, or generative AI .
• Familiarity with NLP concepts, vector databases, and retrieval-augmented generation .
• Knowledge of data processing pipelines and MLOps practices .
• Hacker mentality : adapt quickly, and love turning ideas into working systems .
• Strong foundation in algorithms, statistics, and applied machine learning .
• Team player : share knowledge, give and receive feedback, and enjoy collaborating across disciplines .
