Responsibilities:

  1. Manage marketing system configuration, maintenance, and optimization.
  2. Create, document, and train users on system processes and best practices.
  3. Maintain CRM records, properties, lists, workflows, user management, and ensure GDPR compliance.
  4. Implement lead scoring, sources, chatbots, and automation to improve conversion.
  5. Manage data imports, ensuring accuracy, hygiene, and segmentation.
  6. Ensure data security and governance within marketing systems.
  7. Communicate with internal teams to identify pain points and prioritize system enhancements.
  8. Drive cross-platform integrations, including Salesforce, collaborating with other system administrators and data teams.
  9. Stay updated on technological changes impacting marketing tools.
  10. Participate in evaluating new software to meet marketing challenges.

Minimum requirements:

  • Degree in marketing, computer science, business, or related field.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing automation and marketing technology, especially HubSpot.
  • Experience with Salesforce and HubSpot-Salesforce synchronization is a plus.
  • Experience using technology and marketing expertise to improve processes and performance.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with high attention to detail.
  • Positive attitude, initiative, and a desire to learn and grow.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.

Interview process:

  1. 30-minute interview with a Global Talent Partner.
  2. 90-minute interview with the Hiring Manager, including experience discussion and a task exercise.
  3. 30-minute interview with another Hiring Manager.
  4. Reference checks and offer, subject to approval.
