Descripción del empleo

  • Supervise polyurethane foam formulations across multiple production lines.
  • Conduct on-site trials and oversee the deployment of new formulations in factories.
  • Work closely with operational teams to optimize chemical processes and ensure compliance with industry regulations, including REACH and fire retardant standards.
  • Provide technical support for production teams, assisting with troubleshooting and process improvement.
  • Collaborate with the Global R&D team and manage key R&D projects related to polyurethane foam.
  • Ensure compliance with environmental and quality certifications, such as C2C and BASTA.
  • Maintain close interaction with suppliers and purchasing teams for raw materials, including MDI, polyols, surfactants, and fire retardants.
  • Regular travel to production sites, approximately every two weeks, across France, Spain, and Germany.

Your Profile

  • Master’s degree in chemistry, materials science, or a related field.
  • 2 to 5 years of experience in the industry, preferably in chemical engineering or materials science.
  • Ideally : expertise in polyurethane chemistry, including formulations, processing, and application.
  • Experience in industrial production environments.
  • Fluent in English . French, Spanish, or German is a plus.
  • Willing to travel frequently to European production sites.
  • Hands-on approach, capable of working on-site in production environments.
