Les Roches Marbella busca un Chef Instructor para un contrato permanente a tiempo completo. Reportarás al Jefe de Cocina y combinarás enseñanza teórica y práctica para formar a los estudiantes en hospitalidad.

El candidato debe poseer un certificado de instituto culinario, al menos 3 años de experiencia culinaria y 1 año de docencia; se valorará la certificación de Hospitality Educator. Se requiere fluidez en español e inglés y permiso de trabajo en España.

Formación

• Certificado de un Instituto Culinario o cualificación equivalente.

Responsabilidades

• Impartir clases teóricas y prácticas culinarias conforme a los estándares académicos y objetivos de aprendizaje.
• Guiar, orientar y apoyar a los estudiantes a lo largo de su formación.
• Demostrar técnicas culinarias profesionales y buenas prácticas de la industria.
• Contribuir a la preparación y organización de sesiones prácticas.

Chef Instructor

Permanent full-time contract | Marbella, Spain

Les Roches, a leading institution in hospitality management education, is seeking a passionate Chef Instructor to join our Marbella campus. Reporting to the Head Chef, this role combines practical and theoretical teaching with hands‑on culinary training, helping students develop the skills, knowledge, and professional mindset required for successful careers in the hospitality industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver theoretical and practical culinary classes in line with academic standards and learning objectives.
• Guide, mentor, and support students throughout their learning journey.
• Demonstrate professional culinary techniques and industry best practices.
• Contribute to the preparation and organization of practical training sessions.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a high-quality learning experience.
• Promote a safe, professional, and engaging learning environment.

Key Qualifications

• Certificate from a Culinary Institute or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 3 years of professional culinary experience and at least 1 year of teaching experience.
• Certified Hospitality Educator qualification is an advantage.
• Fluent in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
• Good computer skills.
• Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently, adapt to changing priorities, and demonstrate flexibility.
• Valid permit to work in Spain.
