An Italian restaurant chain in Marbella, Spain is seeking a Chef de Partie (Hot Section) with at least 4 years of experience in a fine dining context. The role includes responsibilities such as food preparation, cooking, and ensuring kitchen standards. Temporary shared accommodation is offered for relocators, and the salary ranges from €2,400 to €2,800 gross monthly.

Are you looking for a permanent job in Southern Spain?

For our client, an Italian restaurant chain in Marbella, Spain, we are looking for an experienced Chef de Partie (Hot Section).

Information and Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 years of kitchen experience in a fine casual dining concept, preferably Italian cuisine
  • At least one additional year of experience in a Demi Chef position or equivalent
  • Proven record of kitchen and staff management with good communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-volume environment
  • Qualification from Culinary school
  • Knowledge of HACCP, Health and Safety, and Food Safety Protocols
  • Upper intermediate level in English is mandatory
  • Fluency in Spanish is a plus

About the job:

  • If relocating from abroad, temporary shared accommodation (up to 500 € per month) will be provided until you find your own accommodation
  • Salary for this role will be from 2,400 to 2,800 € gross per month for 40 hours per week, plus tips
  • Salary is paid monthly
  • Responsibilities include food preparation and cooking in the hot section, including preparing food before service, setting up and stocking stations, cooking and plating food, supporting the Head and Sous Chef, maintaining high standards, completing prep work efficiently, keeping workstations clean, and reporting issues
