What We’re Looking For

• A minimum of 3 to 4 years of Culinary Experience, including 1 to 2 Years of Experience in a Chef de Partie Role within a Greek or Mediterranean Kitchen Environment.
  
• Strong Technical Command of Hot Kitchen Operations, with Authentic Expertise in Traditional Greek Cooking Techniques.
  
• In-Depth Understanding of Greek Ingredients, Condiments and Culinary Principles, with a Passion for Authenticity and Detail.
  
• Confident Handling Kitchen Tools and Equipment, with a clear Understanding of Basic Preparation Techniques and Hygiene Protocols.
  
• Meticulous Attention to Detail, ensuring Every Plate is Prepared and Presented with Precision, Consistency and Style.
  
• A Passion for elevating Classic Recipes through Creative, Ingredient-Led Innovation.
  
• Collaborative and Composed Under Pressure, with the ability to Deliver Consistent, High-Quality Execution during Fast-Paced Service Periods.
  
• Flexible Availability, including Evenings, Weekends and Public Holidays, in line with the Rhythms of Destino Five Ibiza.
  
• Impeccable communication skills, both Verbal and Written, with Fluency in English and Spanish. Additional languages are a Definite Plus.
  
• Must hold the Legal Right to work in Europe, including any Required Visas or Work Permits, in full compliance with Local Regulations.
  

Key Responsibilities

• Leads the Hot Kitchen section, overseeing Mise en Place, Preparation and Service of signature Greek Dishes with Precision and Consistency.
  
• Delivers Dishes in line with Recipe Specifications and Presentation Standards, ensuring Every Plate reflects Authentic Flavour and Impeccable Visual Styling.
  
• Coordinates Seamlessly with other Culinary Sections, supporting a High-Performance Flow Across the Kitchen during service.
  
• Upholds a Pristine, Organised Workstation, ensuring Full Compliance with HACCP and The Pacha Group’s Hygiene and Safety Standards.
  
• Monitors Portion Control and Ingredient Usage, championing Quality while minimising Waste across the section.
  
• Contributes to Seasonal Menu Development, bringing Ideas that Celebrate Traditional Greek Flavours with a Contemporary Touch.
  
• Mentors Junior Chefs and Commis, supporting Skill Development, Culinary Discipline and Growth within The Pacha Family.
