Overview

Main duties :

• Prepare mis-en-place for all menus
• Prepare, cook and present food consistently to restaurant standards, including staff meals as instructed
• Ensure work areas are kept clean, safe and tidy at all times

The ideal candidate will :

• Possess 2-4 years ofexperience as a cook in restaurants or hotels
• Have strong communication and organisational skills : these are a must as this is a busy, dynamic role.
• Be flexible to work varying shifts, including weekends, evenings.
• Speak Spanishor English fluently

Overview (Spanish)

Principales funciones :

• Preparar la mis-en-place para todos los menús.
• Preparar, cocinar y presentar los alimentos de acuerdo con los estándares del restaurante, incluyendo las comidas del personal según las instrucciones.
• Garantizar que las áreas de trabajo se mantengan limpias, seguras y ordenadas en todo momento.

El / La candidato / a ideal deberá :

• Poseer de 2 a 4 años de experiencia como cocinero / a en restaurantes u hoteles.
• Tener sólidas habilidades de comunicación y organización : imprescindibles, ya que se trata de un puesto dinámico y con mucha actividad.
• Ser flexible para trabajar en turnos variables, incluyendo fines de semana y tardes.
• Habla español o inglés con fluidez
