Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Chef De Partie located in Ibiza. The Chef De Partie will be responsible for assisting the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations, preparing and presenting dishes to high standards, managing section inventory, and ensuring food safety and sanitation standards are met. The role involves supervising and training junior kitchen staff and collaborating with the team to create and execute innovative menus.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Chef De Partie or similar role
  • Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and food preparation
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
  • Leadership skills to train and manage junior kitchen staff
  • Understanding of food safety practices and kitchen sanitation standards
  • Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
  • Relevant culinary degree or equivalent qualification
  • Experience in high-end hotels or fine dining restaurants is a plus
  • Fluency in Spanish
