Apple Channel Store Advisor in Santander, Spain, within a partner reseller store, will drive product knowledge, brand awareness and sales through engaging demonstrations and staff training. You will build strong partner relationships, maintain merchandising standards and deliver outstanding customer service across all store interactions.

The role entails a 40-hour weekly schedule, including evenings and weekends, with a focus on customer engagement and product education to grow Apple’s presence

Formación

• Minimum of 2 years of related experience.
• Passion for helping customers and partners understand how Apple technology can enrich lives.
• Curiosity for continuous learning and eagerness to share knowledge with others.
• Outstanding customer focus.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to educate and inspire others.
• Solid relationship building skills with the ability to become a trusted business partner at a single point of sale.
• Fluency in Spanish and ability to communicate in English.

Responsabilidades

• Represent Apple within a single partner store and help customers develop relationships with our brand.
• Share your in-depth knowledge on Apple products directly to customers, work closely with partners, and create new owners of our products.
• Provide an amazing customer experience by showcasing our products, accessories, and services.
• Proactively seek opportunities to expand awareness for new and existing customers.
• Leverage your curiosity for technology and stay up to date on initiatives impacting the customer journey.
• Ensure that all Apple fixtures, product exposures, and merchandising elements in the store are up to date and maintained according to Apple's standards.
• Provide daily care and inspection according to guidelines and elevate issues for timely and effective resolution.
• Educate customers by delivering individual and group product demonstrations, sharing the latest sales promotions, and encouraging adoption of the Apple platform.
