Apple Channel Store Advisor is placed in a partner reseller store in Spain to support sales, merchandising and operations for Apple Shop within the store. You will build relationships with partner staff and influence advocacy for Apple, driving product knowledge, brand awareness and sales success.

In this role you will grow Apple business by delivering excellent customer service, conducting product demonstrations, training partner staff, and maintaining Apple merchandising standards.

Formación

• Must have minimum 2 years of related experience.
• Passion for helping customers and partners understand Apple technology.
• Curiosity for continuous learning and sharing knowledge.
• Outstanding customer focus and service orientation.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to educate and inspire others.
• Strong relationship-building skills to become a trusted partner at a single store.
• Fluency in Spanish and ability to communicate in English.

Responsabilidades

• Represent Apple within a partner store and help customers develop relationships with the brand.
• Share in-depth knowledge on Apple products directly to customers and work with partners to create new product owners.
• Provide an amazing customer experience by showcasing products, accessories, and services.
• Proactively seek opportunities to expand awareness for new and existing customers.
• Educate customers by delivering product demonstrations and sharing latest promotions, while keeping merchandising standards up to date.
