A global technology brand is seeking a Channel Relationship Manager in Madrid. The role involves driving sales growth and developing strong relationships with dealers. Candidates should have at least 2 years of experience in telecommunications and be bilingual in Spanish and English. Formación

  • At least 2 years of working experience in the telecommunication customer relationship field.
  • Familiarity with office software, such as Word, Excel, PPT.
  • Good communicator and motivator.

About the Role

Job location: Madrid

The job holder is responsible for Channel relationship in Honor Spain, with a main focus on bringing more HONOR products to sell out in certain channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive sustainable sales growth in Key Channel, manage suitable resources to reach a higher SO.
  • Cooperate with sales team and regional team to build strong relationships with channel customers in order to obtain competitive resources.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with dealers and business partners.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
  • At least 2 years of working experience in the telecommunication customer relationship field.
  • Proactively identify and lead process improvement.
  • Fully understand processes and daily goals, and make recommendations to improve performance.
  • Familiarity with office software, such as Word, Excel, PPT, etc.
  • Able to use Spanish and English as communication languages.
  • Good communicator and motivator.
  • Prioritization and executional excellence.
  • Strong execution, steadfast and serious, proactive.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills, overall planning skills; good sense of service and teamwork spirit.
  • Hold a valid residence certificate and be able to work in Madrid, Spain.
