Una empresa líder en soluciones audiovisuales busca un especialista en canal AV a tiempo completo en San Sebastián de los Reyes. El candidato ideal debe tener experiencia en marketing B2B y un sólido conocimiento técnico en cámaras AV, streaming y videoconferencia. Este rol implica desarrollar estrategias de posicionamiento y optimizar promociones, así como realizar investigaciones de mercado. Se requiere una licenciatura en telecomunicaciones o electrónica y al menos dos años de experiencia en un puesto similar. Se valoran habilidades de comunicación en español e inglés.

Formación

• Al menos 2 años de experiencia en un rol similar.
• Fluidez en español e inglés.
• Fuertes habilidades organizativas y atención al detalle.

Responsabilidades

• Desarrollar estrategias de posicionamiento de productos en el mercado.
• Crear contenido técnico y comercial (fichas técnicas, estudios de caso).
• Optimizar campañas de marketing basadas en análisis de datos.

This is a full-time on-site role located in San Sebastián de los Reyes (Madrid) for an AV Pro Channel specialist with extensive experience in product marketing and technical knowledge of AV cameras, streaming, and videoconferencing to develop positioning strategies, create technical and commercial content, and support digital campaign optimization. This role serves as the bridge between the product, sales and marketing teams, ensuring that our messaging is clear and effective for our target audience.

Key Requirements for the Role:

1. Product Knowledge:

• Experience with AV cameras, streaming, videoconferencing, or broadcast technologies.
• Ability to explain technical specifications to non-technical audiences.
• Understanding technologies -NDI, Dante-protocols -RTMP, RTSP, FreeD- and familiar with AV interfaces -USB,SDI, HDMI, Fiber- and software ecosystems.
• Knowledge of the professional audiovisual industry.
• Experience in B2B markets.

2. Marketing Skills:

• Developing product positioning strategies in the market.
• Crafting value propositions for different segments and products.
• Creating technical and commercial content (datasheets, whitepapers, comparisons, case studies).
• Experience in B2B marketing and inbound marketing strategies.
• Researching competitor pricing and market trends.
• Proposing competitive pricing strategies based on demand and profit margins.
• Developing and executing strategic promotions and discounts.
• Optimizing pricing to enhance conversion rates and sales.

4. Analytical & Strategic Skills:

• Conducting market and competitor research.
• Analyzing trends in the audiovisual industry.
• Optimizing marketing campaigns based on data insights.
• Training sales teams on product specifications.
• Providing customer support for product demos and testing, together with product specialists
• Creating sales materials tailored to different distribution channels.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Telecommunications or Electronics.

- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role

- Strong organizational skills.

- Excellent attention to detail.

- Strong analytical and customer service skills.

- Fluent in Spanish and English, with excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

- Skilled at conducting engaging and inspiring product demonstrations.

- Strong problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
