Una empresa tecnológica en crecimiento está buscando un/a Channel Development Manager para llevar sus soluciones de telemática y GPS al mercado español. Este papel ofrece la oportunidad única de construir un mercado desde cero, gestionar la relación con socios y contribuir al crecimiento de la empresa en España. Se requiere fluidez en español e inglés, experiencia en desarrollo de socios y habilidades excepcionales en comunicación y negociación. Formación

  • 3+ años de experiencia en desarrollo de socios o ventas B2B.
  • Constructor de relaciones natural con excelentes habilidades de comunicación.
  • Autónomo que prospera en roles remotos.

Responsabilidades

  • Identificar y reclutar distribuidores y revendedores en España.
  • Gestión de relaciones con socios, asegurando relaciones duraderas.
  • Desarrollar y ejecutar la estrategia de socios en España alineada con los objetivos de crecimiento de la empresa.

? What You’ll Do

Partner Recruitment & Onboarding

? Identify and recruit top-tier distributors, resellers, and service providers across Spain.

? Present a clear and compelling value proposition – why partners should join us.

? Ensure a smooth onboarding process with the right tools, training, and materials.

Enablement & Training

? Deliver impactful training sessions (live or virtual) on product features and sales best practices.

? Equip partners with clear, up-to-date documentation and go-to-market support.

Relationship Management

? Be the go-to contact for your partners, ensuring strong, lasting relationships.

? Support them through regular check-ins, joint planning, and commercial reviews.

Strategic Planning & Go-To-Market Execution

? Develop and execute the Spanish partner strategy aligned with company growth goals.

? Collaborate with marketing and product teams to launch campaigns and promotions.

Performance & Insights

? Track sales metrics, partner engagement, and market trends.

? Use data to provide actionable insights and continuously improve partner performance.

? Assist partners with sales presentations, demos, and technical expertise when needed.

? Represent the company at trade shows and industry events across Spain and Europe.

? What We’re Looking For

  • Fluent Spanish & strong English (written and spoken)
  • 3+ years of experience in partner/channel development, B2B sales, or business development
  • A natural relationship builder with excellent communication & negotiation skills
  • Self-starter who thrives in remote, autonomous roles
  • Experience with CRM tools and remote collaboration platforms
  • Tech-savvy and able to explain complex solutions in simple terms
