Descripción del empleo

As a Channel & Alliance Account Manager for Spain and Italy, and LatAm, inside the CRO organization, your main mission will be to develop and manage the network of partners and strategic alliances in these territories.

Gear up for your new adventure, here are your tasks :

  1. Developing, managing, and maintaining strong relationships with partners (VARs, integrators, distributors, strategic alliances).
  2. Building trust-based relationships and close collaboration with each partner.
  3. Defining and implementing the Channel & Alliance strategy for Spain and Italy.
  4. Identifying and recruiting new key partners.
  5. Understanding partner needs and providing them with the necessary tools to sell the solutions.
  6. Identifying, detecting, and monitoring potential projects.
  7. Engaging with key stakeholders, either independently or alongside pre-sales technical teams.
  8. Developing strategic alliances to strengthen the company’s presence in these markets.

Reporting :

  1. Providing regular reports to the CRO, including partner follow-ups and action plans.
  2. Updating CRM and internal reporting tools (Salesforce.com, etc.) on a daily basis.

What You Bring to the Role :

  1. 5 to 10 years of experience in a similar role within a software vendor, distributor, or reseller, ideally in the cybersecurity sector.
  2. Proven experience in developing distribution channels and strategic alliances.
  3. Dynamic, autonomous, and results driven.
  4. Excellent negotiation and partnership management skills.
  5. Trilingual: fluent in English, Spanish, and Italian.
  6. In-depth knowledge of the IT markets in Spain and Italy, and LatAm is a plus.
  7. A first experience in management is a plus.
  8. Location: Ideally in Spain.
