Act as the bridge between Syneto and our channel / reseller partners in Spain, building trust, generating new business opportunities, and ensuring long-term collaboration.

What we need you to do

  • Identify and approach new channel partners in Spain, qualifying opportunities in coordination with the VP of Sales
  • Nurture relationships with existing partners and help them grow their business with Syneto solutions
  • Understand partner and customer needs and support them throughout the sales cycle
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent execution of partner strategies
  • Report regularly on account status and pipeline development
  • Assist in the development of local partner programs, marketing initiatives, and events
  • Represent Syneto at industry events, conferences, and partner meetings across Spain
  • Act as a key contributor to building our partner ecosystem in the region

What skills and experience you need

  • Previous experience in partner / channel sales, B2B account management, or IT distribution (ideally 2–4 years);
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills;
  • Fluency in Spanish (mandatory); English is a plus;
  • Self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently and proactively;
  • Familiarity with the Spanish IT market and partner ecosystem is a strong advantage;
  • Ability to manage multiple relationships and priorities;
  • Comfortable with travel within Spain and occasional travel to Italy or events abroad;
  • Bachelor’s degree in Informatics, Business, or related field is preferred.
