Quest is seeking a dynamic and experienced team player with high energy and initiative to join the EMEA Partner Ecosystem team as a Regional Channel Account Manager covering the South region. This key role will contribute to our sales and business development strategies by expanding our network of partners in EMEA.

The Channel Account Manager will be responsible for building and nurturing strategic partnerships, managing existing relationships, and identifying new partners. The role includes developing relationships at the executive level, defining go-to-market strategies, and collaborating with regional sales teams to drive engagement and sales. The individual must actively engage with partner practices, sales, and leadership teams to foster strong field-level collaboration between partners and Quest. Internal relationship-building within our organization—including with the Channel, Customer Success, Sales, Legal, and Sales Operations teams—is essential to ensure partner success.

The Information Management Business Unit is among the fastest-growing within Quest Software, offering solutions in AI, Data Management, Data Operations, and DevOps. The candidate will coordinate efforts with the Quest Global Partner Ecosystem team to identify growth opportunities across partners and regions.

This role requires based in Spain or Italy, with a strong network and knowledge of the partner ecosystem in Iberia or Italy. The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role within a Data Management, Data Intelligence, or Data Governance software company.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Work with partners to identify new sales opportunities and expand joint business.
  • Collaborate with country / regional sales teams to identify, advance, and close opportunities.
  • Partner with partners’ executives and sales teams to define and prioritize growth strategies.
  • Drive lead generation and account planning activities.
  • Determine partner onboarding needs, including global training planning and delivery.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Support partner activities in the region.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in building and leading channel or alliance partnerships within the software industry, particularly in the Data & AI space. Experience should include sales or consulting backgrounds and a history of successful partnership development. The individual must demonstrate qualities that foster teamwork and trust, influencing sales, marketing, product management, and executive offices to support partner strategies.

Required qualifications include a good understanding of Data & AI solutions, the ability to articulate value propositions, and skills in business planning, training, enablement, demand generation, and account planning. Creativity, problem-solving skills, and the ability to succeed in a fast-paced, remote environment are essential. A Master’s degree or equivalent is required, along with fluency in English and Spanish. Existing relationships with Data & AI domain partner executives and a successful track record in joint business development are highly desirable. An MBA or EMBA is a plus.
