Overview of Job Function

Quest is seeking a seasoned, high-energy team player with initiative to join the EMEA Partner Ecosystem team as a Regional Channel Account Manager for the South region. This key role contributes to our sales and business development strategies by expanding and developing our partner network across EMEA.

The development of Quest’s partner ecosystem is vital for our success. The Channel Account Manager will build and nurture strategic partnerships with key regional partners, manage existing relationships, identify new opportunities, and develop go-to-market strategies. Collaboration with regional sales teams and internal departments such as Channel, Customer Success, Sales, Legal, and Sales Operations is essential to ensure partner success.

This role involves working with the Information Management Business Unit, focusing on AI, Data Management, Data Operations & DevOps solutions. The candidate will coordinate with the global partner ecosystem team to identify growth opportunities.

This position reports to the EMEA Partner Ecosystem Director and requires based in Spain or Italy, with a strong network and knowledge of the Iberia or Italian partner ecosystem. Experience in a similar Data Management, Data Intelligence, or Data Governance software role is preferred.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Identify and recruit new specialized partners to drive growth
  2. Manage existing partners, develop joint business plans, and execute marketing activities
  3. Ensure partner adherence to Quest partner program requirements
  4. Build strategic relationships and develop GTM strategies
  5. Identify partnership opportunities and expand joint business
  6. Collaborate with sales teams to identify and close opportunities
  7. Work with partner executives to define growth strategies
  8. Drive lead generation and account planning
  9. Manage partner leads to generate opportunities
  10. Oversee partner onboarding and training
  11. Establish executive interlock activities
  12. Meet or exceed sales targets
  13. Create annual business plans for focus partners
  14. Support regional partner activities
Minimum Requirements
  • Proven track record in building and leading channel or alliance partnerships in the software industry
  • Experience in sales or consulting, especially in Data & AI space
  • Willingness to travel as needed
  • 10+ years working with partners and in strategic account sales
  • Understanding of Data & AI solutions and value propositions
  • Experience developing partner GTM plans with influential market players
  • Ability to create business plans covering training, enablement, demand generation, and account planning
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to succeed remotely
  • Track record of exceeding targets
  • Excellent communication and relationship skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Master’s degree or equivalent
  • Fluent in English and Spanish
Preferred Requirements
  • Existing relationships with Data & AI partner executives
  • MBA or EMBA preferred
  • Multilingual abilities are a plus
