About the Role :

As Channel Partner Manager , you’ll drive revenue growth by managing and empowering a global distributor network. This is your chance to shape strategy, take ownership of results, and close deals that truly make an impact in cancer diagnostics.

What You’ll Be Doing :

Grow revenue through a well-supported and accountable distribution network

Set clear goals and coach partners to success

Deliver training, tools, and go-to-market strategies

Align commercial execution with local market needs

Act as the key link between internal teams and distributors

Identify challenges early and take decisive action

Represent the voice of the market within the organisation

What We’re Looking For :

3+ years’ experience in a commercial role — ideally managing distributors

Strong understanding of NGS technology and its role in diagnostics

Fluency in English and Spanish ; Italian is a strong advantage

Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to performance

Able to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, international environment

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Business, or a related field

A resilient, proactive mindset and a passion for commercial excellence
