A leading consultancy firm is seeking two Change Management Specialists for a global transformation project in Madrid. The position involves leading change initiatives across multiple digital transformation pillars, including ERP and Cybersecurity. Job Description:

Change Management Specialist – Global Transformation (Contract)
Location: Madrid (2 days/week onsite, Flexible)
Contract: Freelance, 3-month trial with potential 3+ year extension
Budget: Flexible, based on experience
Start Date: ASAP

We’re hiring two experienced Change Management Contractors to support a major carve-out, across eight digital transformation pillars including ERP, Engineering, Digital Workplace, Cybersecurity, and Virtual Twins.

You’ll be responsible for leading change initiatives from strategy to training and hyper-care, supporting the transition across 350+ applications in nine factories. Projects include:

*

SAP ERP implementation (Design to Operate, EWM, Logistics)
*

Microsoft 11 and digital workplace migration
*

Development of internal Virtual Tools
*

Predictive analytics and factory line digitalisation (Virtual Twins)
*

License independence, knowledge exchange, and ticketing systems

Key Responsibilities:

*

Define and execute change strategies tailored to user roles (e.g., operators vs. management)
*

Conduct impact assessments and implement awareness and training phases
*

Manage multiple concurrent projects (1 large or up to 20 small)
*

Engage with stakeholders in English and deliver training in Spanish
*

Provide reinforcement support post-go-live

Ideal Profile:

*

Proven experience in Change Management within engineering or digital environments
*

Spanish and English fluency (essential)
*

Familiarity with Prosci or similar methodologies (Encota is a bonus)
*

Experience in SAP, manufacturing, or digital workplace change preferred
