Descripción del empleo

Astek is looking for a Change Manager to work with our leading pharmaceutical partner in an international environment.

You will be involved in developing training materials and managing newsletters, as well as utilizing communication channels to ensure smooth adoption and engagement with new systems and processes.

Your mission, if you accept it:

  1. Collaborate with the OCM Lead to support the execution of the Organizational Change Management strategy.
  2. Develop and implement effective training programs and materials.
  3. Manage and create engaging internal communication strategies (intranet updates and social media posts).
  4. Utilize various communication tools and channels, such as email campaigns and collaborative platforms, to disseminate information.
  5. Support the implementation and adoption of new tools and processes by designing and delivering engaging training sessions.
  6. Monitor and report on change management activities, providing feedback and recommendations for improvement.

Who are you?

  • A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a good team player.
  • A graduate or MSc in Business Administration, Psychology, or Humanities, with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Experience in driving change management and managing transformation programs.
  • Experience with internal communication tools.
  • Familiarity with e-learning tools and platforms such as Cornerstone is desirable but not essential.
  • Experience managing internal communication strategies, including newsletters, intranet, and other channels.

A PROSCI certification is a plus!
