rindus, in partnership with C&A, seeks a SAP Change Manager to guide the F4F transformation from Málaga or remote. You will drive change strategy, ensure adoption of new processes and SAP S/4HANA, and work across functions to minimize resistance.

You’ll coordinate communications, training, stakeholder engagement, and readiness checks, ensuring a smooth transition in a distributed, multicultural setup for a European retailer.

Formación

• Experience with change management in digital transformation projects.
• Bachelor's degree as listed and proficiency in MS Office.
• Certifications in training or change management are a plus.

About our partner

On behalf of our partner C&A, we are looking for the best talent to join rindus. C&A is a multinational retail clothing brand, with stores in all Europe. We are currently collaborating with their e-commerce division, with the headquarters in Düsseldorf (Germany), you will work in a distributed team from our office in Málaga (Spain) or from home.

What you'll be doing

Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:

The mission of the F4F programme is to modernize C&A's processes and technology to enable truly European omni-channel ways of working. Our vision is that C&A will have a more efficient, resilient, and data-driven omni-channel business that allows C&A to scale and offer great availability of products and value for money for customers.

The F4F SAP Change Manager supports the implementation of change strategy and delivery of change activities to successfully guide the organization through the F4F transformation. The Change Manager works collaboratively and cross-functionally to minimize resistance and maximize engagement across all levels of the organization. This role operates under the guidance of the Change Management Lead, focusing on execution and delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implements change management plans and activities
• Assists with stakeholder mapping, gathers feedback, and addresses concerns to facilitate smooth adoption of new processes and systems (e.g. SAP S/4HANA)
• Conducts impact assessments and readiness checks to prepare the organization for change
• Develops and delivers clear communications to support change initiatives
• Coordinates and supports training activities to ensure employees are equipped for transition
• Monitors adoption, utilization, and proficiency of changes, reporting findings
• Identifies potential risks, escalates issues, and supports mitigation efforts as needed
• Acts as a role model and advocate for change, fostering a positive attitude toward transformation within teams
• Collaborates closely with teams to integrate change management into project delivery
• Gathers feedback and contributes to the ongoing refinement of change management processes
• Escalate issues and risks to the Change Management Lead as appropriate

What you'll bring

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Ability to work in a fast-paced transformation programme and adapt as requirements evolve.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex topics into easy-to-understand learning.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to work cross-functionally across workstreams.
• Project management skills with high attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tracks.
• Fashion and/or retail experience is a plus.

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:

• Experience with change management within digital transformation projects.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Education, HR, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Certifications in training or change management are a plus.
