Pasiona seeks a Change Manager to support the Coupa P2P rollout in Barcelona. You will lead change management, communications, training, and readiness activities to ensure business adoption across multinational teams.

The role focuses on governance, stakeholder engagement, and Go-Live support, with a need for English and Spanish fluency and experience with international rollouts.

Formación

• Experience leading change management for ERP and procurement transformations.
• Fluent in English and Spanish; willingness to be based in Barcelona.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-country stakeholders and works councils.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain the Change Management Strategy and Change Plan.
• Create and execute the Communication Plan.
• Develop and coordinate Training Plans and track completion.
• Manage stakeholders, both global and local.
• Assess business readiness and manage resistance/issues.
• Support Go-Live and Hypercare.
• Track project actions, deliverables and deadlines across 3 countries.
• Adapt communications/training materials to local requirements.
• Support the French rollout, including translations and works council requirements.

What is the role? Change Manager responsible for supporting the Coupa P2P (Procure-to-Pay) rollout, focusing on change management, stakeholder engagement, communications, training, business readiness, resistance management, Go-Live and Hypercare. The role is not primarily technical; it is focused on ensuring that business teams successfully adopt the new Coupa processes and system.
